When you place an order from the portal, you may be confronted with different situations:
Your order has different products (flags, banners and/or tents) for which it is mandatory that you upload different designs.
Your order has several designs for the same product.
Some products allow several designs: The tents. You can customise all sides of the tents with a different design. For other products such as Golf Banner, Fly Banner double-sided or Sports Banner, you will find how to design it in the product template.
In all these cases you may need to upload different designs to your order.
Remember! Even if you upload several designs, each of them must be attached as separate files.
To upload different designs to your order you can do it at different times from the moment you start the purchase.
Below we explain how to do this in each case.

Go to the step: "Choose an option to attach your design".
Click on "Upload your design".
Upload your first design and select the number of units you want for that design:
Click on "Add another design here" and repeat the operation.
During the purchase

On the second step: "Upload design", select the number of units you want in your first design:
Click on "Upload design" and select the file.
Click on add another design and select again the number of units you want in your second design.
After the purchase, in the section: My orders
After the purchase, in the section: My orders
Go to the "My orders" page.
Click on the option "View design(s)" or "Fix incorrect design(s)".
Select the number of units you want in your first design and upload it:
Now you can click on: "Add another design for the same product".
You will have to select again the number of units you want in that design and upload the file.
The designs are automatically saved when the file is uploaded.
