You can check if you have the password saved in your browser. To check it, you need to follow the steps below depending on the browser you usually use. In all of them you will need to confirm the password of your computer or your account in the browser.
If you use Google Chrome:
In the menu bar, select the three dots to open the menu.
Select "Settings".
In the "Autocomplete and passwords" section, choose "Password manager". Here you can view or manage your passwords.
If you use Edge:
In the menu bar select the three dots to open the menu.
Select "Settings" and then "Profiles".
Finally, the "Passwords" section is where you can view or manage your passwords.
If you use Firefox:
From the top menu bar, select "Safari".
Select "Passwords".
From "Login and passwords" you will have access to view and/or manage your passwords.
If you use Safari (Mac):
From the menu bar, select "Safari".
In the menu that appears, click on "Preferences".
From "Passwords" you can view or manage your passwords.
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Recover username or password" on the login page of the Dealer Portal.
Enter your username, which is usually your company's VAT number.
You will be able to enter your new password:
You will receive an email to confirm your new password. Click on "Confirm password" and the change will be effective.
