The unpriced or unvalued delivery note of your order is the document that certifies the delivery of the goods to the receiver. It indicates the time of delivery, the recipient's information and the consignment number.

You cannot download this document from the transport company's website, but you can ask the Ádivin Customer Service team to provide it to you, only in those cases where you especially need it: either because the delivery address is different from the billing address, or because you have received an incident from your customer, or other issues.
