If you have already been genotyped with another company, you simply need to upload your file and you will receive your results in less than 24 hours.
If you have not been genotyped before, you will need to purchase a kit. We currently ship to the countries listed at this link. Remember that the data used for the purchase do not have to be the same as that of the person taking the test, so if you want to give it as a gift, this will not be a problem.

RETURN TIMES
Once you have received your kit, it must be activated (you can do it here). You will receive instructions for sending the sample to our laboratory; the logistics of the return will vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected.
Here you will find the time frames and methods for returning to the laboratory.
We will also notify you by email when your analysis is complete and the sample is ready. From that moment, you can access your results from your account using the username and password used during activation.
