1. Prepare the envelope
Insert the tube with the saliva sample in the box to send it back, if you also have a biohazard envelope, you can put it in the envelope and this in turn into the box.
If you have more than one sample you should send all together.
Once the sample is inside the box, you just must introduce it in the envelope for shipping, as described in the illustration (it has written UN3373 on it). Close the shipping envelope as tight as possible to the box, so that it is not loose inside the envelope, and thus is more protected.
2. Print the UPS label and stick it on the envelope.
If you are not in the EU or UK then you must include the invoice(s) received with the label and attach it visibly to the outside of the envelope to avoid customs problems. (If you are in the EU or UK the invoice will not be necessary)
YOU HAVE TO DROP IT OFF AT ANY UPS POINT PICKUP NEAR YOUR HOME. You can also schedule the pick up at your home here, although this option in some countries has additional costs (charged by UPS). You can check this at the time of pick-up request.
Remember, if you send your sample without activating the code in ADNTRO.COM we will not be able to process your sample and it will be discarded when it arrives at the laboratory - take a photo of the code / write it down to keep it for further needs.
