The sample's delivery to your home and the laboratory is managed by Cryolab.

Shipping costs are included and you will receive the return label in the parcel with your kit.

For shipping, use the return label that you'll receive with your kit. The samples will be initially sent to our logistics center in Guadalajara. Once there, they will be sent to our laboratory in Denmark.
