1. Do I need a debit card for AdPay?

Answer: No, you don’t need a debit, credit, or virtual card to use AdPay.

2. Can I get a refund after making payments?

Answer: Yes, you can get a refund of your unspent media balance. However, please note that AdPay service fees are non-refundable.

3. Are accounts created on AdPay same as regular Google Ads accounts?

Answer: Yes, Google Ads accounts created within AdPay have the same functionality as regular Google Ads accounts. The only difference is that AdPay accounts are billed in Naira.

4. What’s the minimum amount required to fund my wallet per transaction?

Answer: We require a minimum deposit of 50,000 Naira every time you want to fund your AdPay wallet.

5. Can I link an existing Google Ads dollar account to AdPay?

Answer: No, you cannot link an existing Google Ads dollar account to AdPay. AdPay works exclusively with Naira accounts.

6. Will AdPay manage my Ads?

Answer: No, AdPay does not manage Ads. We provide a Naira payment solution to facilitate your Google Ads campaigns, but we do not offer campaign management services.

7. Does AdPay handle account suspension, Ads disapproval, & other Google Ads related issues?

Answer: No, we do not handle account suspension, Ad disapproval, or other Google Ads-related issues. For assistance with such matters, please reach out to Google Ads support.

8. What is AdPay’s service fee?

Answer: AdPay charges a service fee of 5.4% on your Ad budget.

9. How can I contact AdPay's customer support for assistance?

Answer: You can contact customer support for assistance by using the chat box on the AdPay platform.**

10. Is there a maximum limit on the amount I can deposit into my AdPay wallet?

Answer: AdPay does not impose a maximum deposit limit. You can fund your wallet with any amount that suits your advertising budget.

11. Can I use AdPay for advertising on platforms other than Google Ads?

Answer: At the moment, AdPay primarily supports payments for Google Ads. We are continually exploring opportunities to expand our services to other advertising platforms.

12. What Products and Services cannot be advertised?

Answer: We do not support products and services that violate any of Google Ads policies (learn more at https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/6008942. For instance, we will not support campaigns for recreational drugs (chemical or herbal); psychoactive substances; equipment to facilitate drug use; weapons, ammunition, explosive materials and fireworks; instructions for making explosives or other harmful products; tobacco products. We will also not support crypto and gift cards as well as products or content that violate the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Criminal Law of Nigeria or/and the Criminal Law of Lagos State.

13. How long does it take for funds to be credited to my AdPay wallet after making a deposit?

Answer: Funds deposited into your AdPay wallet are typically credited within a few minutes, although the exact processing time may vary depending on the payment method you choose.

14.What payment methods are accepted by AdPay for funding my wallet?

Answer: You can either pay via bank transfer or pay through Paystack.

15. Is AdPay Postpaid or Prepaid?

Answer: Our services operate on a prepaid basis, meaning you must add funds to your wallet before you can allocate them to your Google Ads accounts for running your campaigns.

16. Is there a mobile app available for AdPay?

Answer: Currently, AdPay primarily offers its services through a web browser interface. We do not have a dedicated mobile app, but our website is designed to be mobile-friendly for your convenience.

17. Can I use AdPay’s certification for Ads that require Certificates before approval by Google?

Answer: No. Customers in a sensitive category (gambling or lending) must provide their own certificates and obtain approval from Google before running Ads.
