How to set up your Session Availability

Individually set availability in your sessions.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If setting one set of availability isn't your thing... then session availability might be what you're looking for.

Session availability allows you the flexibility to set their availability per session, especially if you are offering different types of sessions to your mentees.

To set up your session availability, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Calendar page. On this page you should see a list of all the sessions you have created, if any.

  2. Click on the βš™οΈ icon on the upper-right hand side of a session card. This gear will open up the option to edit your session when you click the Edit session option.

  3. You should be looking at the page that shows all the settings for your session. To edit your availability, select the pencil icon on the "When are you available?" section. This should open up your availability.

  4. Set your availability as you see fit. Don't forget to hit save after you do.

That's it! You should now have availability in your profile.

If you had previously set and saved your Global Availability, you'll be seeing an interface that's a little different than the one above.

You'll see a dropdown menu that asks you to choose between Default Hours and Set custom hours. Selecting Set custom hours will allow to set availability exclusive to this session.
