How to sign up for the beta of ADPList Advance.

Updated over 5 months ago

ADPList Advance is in a closed beta phase, and for now, only a small group of mentors are able to offer Advance sessions to their mentees.

We do have a criteria for mentors who are qualified to participate in our beta phase for ADPList Advance.

  1. Level of Professional Experience

    • 6 years and above in the specific domain (ie. If you want to get paid for design, you need 6 years in design NOT combined with background experience)

  2. High Quality of Feedback & Reputation

    • Completed at least 30 Mentorship Sessions

    • Received at least 8 Positive Reviews

    • Maintained a 90% average attendance or higher

    • Maintained a less than 5% rescheduled & cancellation rate, with exceptions made for emergency/case situations.

    • Maintained a 4.8 overall rating (a review counts towards Mentor status when either both the member and the Mentor have submitted a review) — this is rating from post-session feedback NPS.

  3. Continued Quality Assessment

    • Every quarter, we evaluate Mentor performance over the past 12 months for all sessions (paid/free) on their account. (However, they don’t need to have mentored for the entire 12 months to qualify.) Each quarterly assessment is a 5-day period beginning on:

      • 1 January (December for this early access)

      • 1 April

      • 1 July

      • 1 October

  4. Geographical restrictions

    • At the moment, we can only onboard mentors to ADPList Advance if they are from the countries listed below. This is due to the restrictions with our payment partner, Stripe.

Due to restrictions in our Stripe account, we're unable to onboard mentors from the following countries despite being on the list:

  • India

  • Indonesia

  • Malaysia

  • UAE

💡 If you have qualified for the above and have yet to receive an email that you’ve qualified, please send us a message or email us at help@adplist.org. However, we won’t entertain any appeals if the criteria are not strictly met.
