π‘Weβve made updates to our Auto-Accept, Booking Limits, and Buffer Time settings. These updates will start on 19 May 2025. Please read the article below for each feature to learn more about the updates and how you can make changes
As a mentor, you can access the Advanced Calendar Setup by going to the Calendar page and clicking on the Advanced
tab.

Here are are settings that can be set or modified on the Advanced
tab.
Timezone - You can manually set the timezone that ADPList follows via this field.
πAuto-accept session requests - All booking across every session type that you created will be automatically accepted (recurring and one-off)
Notice Period - You can set a minimum period for accepting bookings here. You can choose between 1-4 days, all with a 24-hour interval.
πBooking Limits - You can now set the maximum number of bookings you allow per day and per week. These limits will apply to all your booking and session types (recurring and one-off)
πBuffer time - You can set your time before or after the session to prepare or catch a break. These limits will apply to all your booking and session types (recurring and one-off)
Video call integration - You can pick the video call integration you can use during your sessions. You have the choice of choosing ADPList video (default), Google Meet (for those with Google calendars connected), and Skype (for those with Microsoft calendars connected)
Override all day events - You have the option of toggling this on so that ADPList will not tag you as unavailable in case you have all-day events in your calendar.
Connected calendars - Shows all the calendars you have connected with ADPList. You also have the option of adding a new calendar via the
Add new calendar +
button on the right-hand side.
