For now, the currency supported for our payouts will be in USD. We are looking into allowing the default currency to be changed in the future.

You're paid per delivered session. After a session is completed, your payout is released once the mentee's payment has settled with Stripe. Our system checks and releases eligible payouts every few hours. From there, the time it takes to reach your bank depends on your payout method (typically a few business days).

For session packages, each session pays out as it's delivered, so you don't have to wait until the final session of the package. Only sessions actually delivered earn a payout; if a package is cut short, the undelivered portion is refunded to the mentee.

You can always check the status of your payouts in the Transaction section of your Earnings dashboard.

There are two main statuses on the Payout page:

Completed Payouts are sessions you've fully completed and we've processed your payouts. If your payout was recently sent, keep in mind that the time it takes to receive each payout depends on the payout method you're using.

Pending means the session hasn't been completed yet, or the payment is still settling with Stripe. If a payout stays pending well after a completed session, the most common causes are incomplete Stripe onboarding, identity (KYC) verification, or bank details that don't support your payout currency. Check your Stripe account first.
