How to turn off your session's Auto-Accept

Looking to manually filter out the members who book you for a session?Here's how.

🔔We’ve made an important update to how Auto-Accept works to give you more clarity and consistency across your sessions. Previously, you could set it for each session individually. Now, Auto-Accept will apply to all your bookings, sessions type, and all of your members (new and existing)

🆕 What’s Changed:

  • Auto-Accept now applies to all members including both new and existing ones

  • This means every session request will be automatically confirmed if auto-accept is turned on

🧐What’s Auto Accept?

When Auto-Accept is turned on:

  • Any session request is automatically confirmed.

  • There's no need to manually approve it it's instantly added to your calendar.

When Auto-Accept is turned off:

  • You’ll receive session requests that you can approve or decline manually.

  • Members will see a "pending" status until you take action.

🛠How to Turn Off Auto-Accept

  1. Head to your Advance Calendar Settings.

  2. Locate the Auto-accept Sessions toggle.

  3. Switch it off

  4. You’re all set! You’ll now get requests instead of automatic confirmations.
