Use cases
Create info texts for different key aspects of a product
Easily handle seperate content that can be shown with a single tap, without having to manually animate everything
Example
This example shows how you can easily create info slides that can be opened with the click of an asset, without setting up complex interactions.
As with all examples, you can request us to copy them over to your company so you can look at how they are built in detail.
Open & Close triggers
First, you can set up the open and close triggers, which define what element has to be clicked/tapped to open/close the popup. The default settings mean that a click anywhere (global) opens the popup and a click on the popup module itself closes it again. As soon as more assets are added to your scene, you can select these as triggers instead.
Animations
Next, you can define the entry and exit animations, plus their respective duration. Currently, we offer fade type animations as well as slide type animations from all directions.
Adding content
You can add contents to the popup module, by double-clicking its' area, which will open the module scope (Same as for Gallery, Pano, etc.). Now, you can just add modules from the Library tab or drag assets inside. You can leave the scope again by clicking the blue arrows icon on top.
Properties & Clickout
As for the Background module, the Popup module allows you to change different properties like the opacity seperately in the "Properties" tab.
Also, you can set up a clickout link for the Popup module as usual.
Interactions
The Popup offers all standard triggers & actions that the Background module offers as well. Furthermore, the Popup module offers:
Triggers
Popup shown = Triggers when the popup is being shown
Popup hidden = Triggers when the popup is being hidden
Actions for other modules
The Popup module offers no specific actions to be triggered through other modules.
