Aera is the only financial technology business dedicated to First Home Buyers. Launching in 2022 we saw many people struggle with housing affordability, saving a deposit and the sheer mountain that first home buyers saw in front of them to get their first home.
The Aera platform is operated by Aera 22 Opco Limited. We have a related (but independent) mortgage advice business called First Home Guardian Limited, registered on the FSPR (FSP1007924) with qualified mortgage advisors available to help.
We have relationships with many first home developers across New Zealand and we provide marketing services to them and get paid a marketing fee if one of our members chooses to buy one of their homes.
We also have relationships with savings providers and have integrated these into our app so you can view your transactions and earnings without leaving Aera.
