To learn how to turn off your form automation settings, follow our simple steps below.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head to settings.
Step 2 :
From the settings page, head to the form automation settings area under the heading compliance.
Step 3 :
From here, you will need to select 'never' as the option for the forms automation settings and this will prevent any forms from being sent in the future.
Step 4 :
Once never has been selected for all the options, hit save details to update this area. This will then turn off your form automation settings within ANS.
