This article will talk you through how to turn off your appointment confirmation messages in Aesthetic Nurse Software.
A confirmation is the inital message which gets sent to your patients once their appointment has been booked. You are able to either send this message as an email or text message. Email reminders are completly free of charge, whereas texts come at a chargeable rate.

Step 1 :
From the main menu, click to enter settings.
Step 2 :
Once in settings head to notification settings, under the heading notifications.
Step 3 :
You will then be brought to the upcoming appointment tab which contains the confirmation area. Here, you will need to deselect the ticked confirmation boxes.
Step 4 :
Once you have unticked this section, hit the Save Details button.
This will then turn off any confirmations from being sent to your patients.
