This article will talk you through how to make changes to the name of a consent form and also change the main consent form.

To learn how to make changes to your consent forms, follow our simple steps.
Step 1 :
From the main menu , click to enter the settings area.
Step 2 :
Then once in settings, head to consent forms section under the heading compliance.
Step 3 :
You will then be presented with your list of consent forms. If you wish to change the name or main text of the consent form, click the pencil icon.
Step 4 :
You will then be able to change the name of the form.
Step 5 :
Or you will be able to change the mian part of the consent form.
Step 6 :
Once happy with your changes, hit the save details button.
This will then customise the form with the information you have changed.
