This article will talk you through how to find our list of default aftercare forms within your ANS account.
Our list of default forms are forms which have been sent to the ANS team by brand manufacturers and then added to your account for you to use if you perfrom this treatment or use the product in your clinic.
Aesthetic Nurse Software do also offer the facility to add your forms to your software for you if there are forms you need missing from our default list. Just drop us an email.
To learn how to access our default consent forms within your ANS account, follow our simple steps below.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, click to enter your settings area.
Step 2 :
Once in settings, head to the aftercare section under the heading compliance.
Step 3 :
Then in the aftercare form section, first you will see the list of active forms within your account. But to see our default list you will need to head to the non active aftercare section.
Step 4 :
You will then be brought to a page of our default forms, you will need to scroll through and choose to activate the aftercare form you now wish to use.
Step 5 :
Once you have selected the forms you wish to appear in your active list, when you head back into the aftercare section you will now find the form.
If there are any aftercare forms that you need for your clinic but you are unable to find them in our default list, send them over in an email to us and we can get these added to your software.
