How To Deactivate Your Aftercare Forms

Learn how to deactivae any aftercare forms from your ANS account.

This article will talk you through how to deactivate your aftercare forms from your list. Deactivating the forms will not delete the forms from your software but just moves them off your active list meaning you can always reactivate them at anytime.

To learn how to deactivate your aftercare forms, follow our simple steps below.


Step 1 :

From the main menu, head into settings area.

Step 2 :

Once in settings, head to the aftercare section under the heading compliance.

Step 3 :

From here you will be brought to your list of active aftercare forms. To deactivate a number of forms, select the tick box next to your forms you wish to be removed.

Step 4 :

Once you have ticked the forms you wish to be removed, select the deactivate selected option and this will remove the forms from your list.

Step 5 :

Otherwise, if you only wish to deactivate one form you can click the eye icon to remove the single form.

Step 6 :

If you wish to retrieve the forms, you will need to head into the non active aftercare section.
