This article will talk you through how to create a new aftercare form within Aesthetic Nurse Software. You may need to add a new aftercare form if you are unable to find one which fits your treatment or you have your own form which you would like on the software.
Aesthetic Nurse Software do also offer the facility to add your forms to your software for you. If you need help setting up your forms, just drop us an email.
To learn how to set up your new aftercare form, follow our simple steps below.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head to settings.
Step 2 :
Then when in settings, head to aftercare forms under the heading compliance.
Step 3 :
Once in this section, you will see a list of aftercare forms already present. But to add a new aftercare form you will need to select the 'New Aftercare' button.
Step 4 :
You will then be able to enter the name of the new aftercare form.
Step 5 :
Then enter the main information of the form in the large text box.
Step 6 :
Once happy with your new form, hit save details.
Step 7 :
Once happy with the form, you will be able to send this to your patients automatically or manually after their appointment.
Again, if you are having any issues creating a new aftercare form. Aesthetic Nurse Software do offer the option for a member of the team to create the form within your account for you.
