This article will talk you through how to create a practitioner within your Aesthetic Nurse Software.
A practitioner is needed within your software so you are able to book appointments for the specific practitoner and also have a practitioner name against your notes. If you have multiple practitioners within your clinic you will need to add each practitioner to allow patients to book online with them or manually book with the practitioner.
To learn how to create a new practitioner, follow our simple steps below.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head into the settings area.
Step 2 :
Then from the settings page, head to the practitioner section under the heading people.
Step 3 :
In this section to add a new practitioner, click the add new practitioner button.
Step 4 :
You will then need to enter the details for the practitioner including the medical pin.
Step 5 :
You will then also need to link any clinics and treatments you wish to show on your online booking plateform to your practitioner.
If you ever add any new treatments to your software, to show these on your online booking page you will need to link these in your practitioner qualified treatments.
Step 6 :
Once happy, hit save and this will add your practitioner to your software.
Step 7 :
This practitioner will then show on your diary.
Step 8 :
The practitioner will also show on any notes which are entered into the treatment details side of the software.
