This article will talk you through how to remove a practitioner within your Aesthetic Nurse Software. You may need to remove a practitioner from your software if a member of the team has left the business.
A practitioner is needed within your software so you are able to book appointments for the specific practitioner and also have a practitioner name against your notes. If you have multiple practitioners within your clinic you will need to add each practitioner to allow patients to book online with them or manually book with the practitioner.
To learn how to remove a practitioner, follow our simple steps below.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head into the settings area.
Step 2 :
Then from the settings page, head to the practitioner section under the heading people.
Step 3 :
From here you will be shown all the practitioners currently within your account. To remove a practitoner, you will just need to select the 'x' icon next to the practitioner name. Once selected this will remove the practitoner from the diary view and online booking page.
If you want to remove access to the account, the practitioner may have a staff log in. You may also need to remove this to prevent the practitioner still having access to the account.
