This article will talk you through how to add treatments to your practitioner within Aesthetic Nurse Software. The treatments which are linked to your practitioner are those which will show on your online booking page. If treatments are not linked to your practitioner these treatments will not show on your online booking page.
The online booking treatments are set up in this way to allow practitioners control over what can be booked online or manually themselves. Some practitioners only want patients to be able to book consultations and this set up allows for just those treatments to be linked.
To learn how to link your treatments for your online booking page, follow our simple steps below.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head into the settings area.
Step 2 :
Then from the settings page, head to the practitioner section under the heading people.
Step 3 :
You will then be shown the list of practitioners already stored within the software. To be able to add extra treatments, you will just need to select the edit the practitioner via the pencil icon.
Step 4 :
From the edit screen, you will see a qualified treatments box, in this box just make sure all the treatments you want to show on your online booking page are within this box.
Any treatments not in this qualified treatments box will not show on your online booking page.
Step 5 :
Once happy, hit save and this will update your practitioner setting and online booking treatments.
