This article will talk you through how your patients will record their referral in the finding us section within your Aesthetic Nurse Software.
Asking your patients where they found your clinic can be a great way to target your marketing toward these fields or even start a referral scheme for when friends are referred.
To learn how to complete your patients referral, follow our simple steps below.
Complete Patient Referral
You are able to complete the referral for the patient within their patient record. You can either do this when creating a new patient or by editing a patient record that already exsits.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head to the patient section.
Step 2 :
You will then need to select the patient you wish to update the referral for.
If you are creating a new patient, the referral option will be a field which shows to be completed at point of creation.
Step 3 :
Once in the record, you will need to select edit on the personal details section.
Step 4 :
You will then just need to scroll down to the bottom of the screen and choose the option from the list for the referral.

Step 5 :
If you are to select the friend option in the drop down, an additional box will then appear for the patient to enter the name.
Referral Log
Within the software you are able to see where your patients have come from in our reporting section. This will show you all the data grouped.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head to the reporting section.
Step 2 :
Then into marketing reports.
Step 3 :
In section, at the very bottom you will then find a breakdown of where each patient has come from and the list of friend referrals.
