This article will talk you through how to deactivate a patient record within your Aesthetic Nurse Software.
You wish to deactivate a patient record within your ANS if the patient no longer visits your clinic or if they have only attended for a consultation and have not returned. By deactivating a patient record this will not delete any information from the record but store this in the back end of the software.
To learn how to deactivate a patient record, follow our simple steps below.
Deactivate Patient
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head to the patient section.
Step 2 :
Then once in the patient record section, head to the record you are looking to deactivate.
Step 3 :
In the record, you will then need to head to the deactivate patient button.
Step 4 :
Once deactivated this patient will appear in the deactivated list within settings. This can be found under the heading archived.
Step 5 :
In this section you will then find your list of inactive patients.
Reactivate Patient
If you were then looking to reactivate your patient in the future you can also do this.
Step 6 :
From settings, head to the inactive patient list under the heading archived.
Step 7 :
Once in the list, you are able to click to reinstate the patient via the spiral icon.
Step 8 :
This will then bring back the patient record with all of the previous data within the records still.
