This article will talk you through how to find the snippet section within your Aesthetic Nurse Software.
Snippets are pre-populated notes which can be used to save you time in your note taking. If you find you write the same thing over and over again for your treatment notes, snippets could be the time saver you need to add to your ANS.
Our snippet section can be found in the main treatment documentation side of the software, to learn how to find our snippet section, follow our simple steps below.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head to the patient record section.
Step 2 :
Once in the patient records page click into the patient you are wishing to write treatment notes for.
Step 3 :
You will then need to enter the appointment for the patient.
Step 4 :
Once in the appointment you will need to head to the treatment details section of the treatment documentation.
Step 5 :
You will then see a comments box where you will be able to select your snippet.
Step 6 :
Once the snippet has been selected, the note will prepopulate with the snippet which has been selected. Once happy, then hit save comment option.
