How To Find Your Treatment Invoice

This article will talk you through how to locate your treatment invoice within Aesthetic Nurse Software.

Your treatment invoice acts as a reciept for the appointment allowing you to log and take payments for your treatment appointments.

To learn how to find out treatment invoices, follow our simple steps.

To access your treatment invoice for your patients, an appointment will need to be in the diary first. Once an appointment is booked you will need to click on this appointment in the diary to bring up the appointment summary and then choose to view the patients record.

Then when in the patients record, you will need to click on the appointment you wish to access the invoice for.

Once in the appointment, head to the invoice hexagon.

You will then be shown the invoice the appointment. You have the patients details on the left of the invoice.

You also have the price of the appointment and what treatment the appointment has been for . You can update the price of the treatmen at this stage if needed.

You can then print or PDF the invoice for your patient. If you would like to send the invoice via email to your patient you will need to download as a PDF and send as an email seperate from the software.

You can add any additional costs or discounts to the invoice. This may be a discount for a birthday or a promotion you are running or a extra cost for skincare.

You can also log payment for this invoice. You have a cash and offline card option to log payments taken seperate from the sofware. If you are taking payment through Stripe, you have the option to send a payment link, pay by card and also charge a card on file.

If you have made a mistake on the invoice or have added an extra treatment in the treatment details. You will just need to reset the costs to start the invoice again.
