This article will talk you through how to add a promo code to your Aesthetic Nurse Software for patients to use on the online booking page.
A promo code can be used by patients on the online booking page to give discount on their treatments. You may have this set as a fixed price discount or a percentage of the treatment. Once added, the discount will automatically pull through to the invoice section of the appointment.
To add a promo code to your Aesthetic Nurse Software, follow our simple steps.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head to settings.
Step 2 :
From the settings page, head to promo codes under the heading online booking.
Step 3 :
From there you will be taken to the promo code screen where you will need to select the add a promo code button.
Step 4 :
You will then be able to name the code, if the amount will be a percentage or fixed amount and the amount/percentage.
Step 5 :
Once happy with the code, select save.
Step 6 :
This will save the new code, to activate patients to use this code. You will need to select the show option on this section as well.
Step 7 :
This will then show the promo section on the online booking page which allows the patient to add the promo code into.
Step 8 :
Once booked with the promo code, this will pull through to the invoice with the code used.
