How To Set Up Fixed Deposits

This article will talk you through how to set up your online booking deposits to be at a fixed price within your Aesthetic Nurse Software.

You may wish to have your despots as a fixed price to allow you to have a blanket approach across all of your treatments. Deposits are a great way to reduce the amount of no show appointments.

To set up taking your deposits as a fixed amount through ANS, follow our simple steps.

Before you set up your deposit amount as a percentage you will just need to set up a Stripe account. Stripe are the provider we take all of our payments through.

From the main menu, head to the settings area.

Once in settings, head to take payments under the heading online booking.

Then to create your Stripe account, click the connect to Strpe option. You will then be guided to Stripe where you will just need to fill in some business details to create the account.

Once connected successfully you will see a statment at the top to confirm the connection between ANS and Stripe.

Once your Stripe account has been activated, you will then be able to set up the deposit as a fixed price.

From the main menu, head to settings.

Once in settings, head to deposit under the heading online booking.

Then in the deposit section you will need to select to accept deposits.

Once accepted, you will need to select the deposit as a fixed amount and if you want the deposit to be based on the appointment or the amount of treatments booked at the time.

You can then also add the amount you wish to be paid for the deposit.

Once happy with the amount set, hit save details.

This will then pull through to the online booking page to request the deposit.
