This article will talk you through how to set the order of your online booking page with Aesthetic Nurse Software.
You may wish to set your online booking to show your practitioner first or alternatively your treatments first. This article will guide you through setting this up.
To find out how to order your online booking page, follow our steps below.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head to settings.
Step 2 :
Once in settings, head to advanced booking settings under the heading online booking.
Step 3 :
In this section, you will need to head to the second section named online booking order.
Step 4 :
If you would like your practitioner to show before your treatments on the online booking page, you will need to have the first option selected.
Step 5 :
This will show your practitioner list before your treatments on the online booking page.
You may wish to have the practitioner before the treatments if you are a solo practitioner or you would like your patients to book with a specific practitioner.
Step 6 :
Your other option is to have your treatments showing before the practitioner. To set this up you would just need to select the second option in the treatment order setting.
Step 7 :
This will show all of your treatment options first and then the practitioners which are qualified in those treatmemts.
You may wish your treatments to show first if you have multiple practitioners working within your clinic or just out of preference for yourself.
Step 8 :
Once happy with the order selected, hit save at the bottom of the page.
