This article will talk you through how to set your account to VAT Registered and be able to see a breakdown on your invoices.
Adding VAT onto your software will make it easier when looking through your invoices to see what VAT you will need to/not need to pay back.
To set this up, follow the simple steps below.
Step 1:
From the main menu, head to Settings.
Step 2:
From the Settings page, head to ‘VAT’ under the heading Personal.
Step 3:
You then need to toggle ‘Yes’ and fill out your Tax number, Registered Address and your Tax amount, then click Submit.
If you are an Australian/New Zealand user you will just need to click into the ‘Tax Type’ dropdown and change it from VAT to GST.
Once you have set this your VAT number and address will show on your invoices.
You will also have a VAT breakdown showing on all invoices going forward.
