This will allow you to have access to the scripts they raise for you and the consent, notes, photos and medical history attached to those appointments.
You will have received an email with an invitation that you need to accept and then create a password.
Once you have accepted you need to click ‘Yes, I have an ANS account’ or ‘No, I’m new to ANS’ and set up a password.
You then can view any scripts that are awaiting your signature and sign them off by clicking ‘View & Sign off’.
You can view the documentation linked to that appointment by clicking the ‘View documentation’ button before signing the prescription.
Once completed you can view this at any time under ‘Scripts’ or ‘My Records’.
