How To Set Up Reviews

Learn how to set up online reiews within ANS

This article will talk you through how to set up reviews within your Aesthetic Nurse Software.

With reviews through ANS, you have the availiabilty to show your Google reviews on your online booking page and also collect ANS reviews directly through the software.

Connect Your Google Reviews

If you already have a Google business page set up, you now have the ability to link this to your ANS. By linking this, your reviews collected on the platforms will pull through to your booking page.

Step 1 :

From the main menu, head into settings.

Step 2 :

Once in settings, head to reviews under the heading online booking.

Step 3 :

Then in the review section you will find the Google review option.

Step 4 :

To connect your Google reviews, select the connect option.

Step 5 :

This will then direct you to log into your Google business page or choose the page from the list if you are already logged in.

Step 6 :

Once you have selected the account you would like to connect, you will need to allow Aesthetic Nurse Software access to your Google page.

At this stage if you are trying to connect a personal page and not a Google review page you will be redirected to connect the account again.

Step 7 :

Once connected your review link will show within the connect page.

Step 8 :

To turn on your reviews for your online booking page you will then need to select the show online option.

You can always disable the reviews at any stage if you no longer wish these to show on the online booking page.

Step 9 :

To then choose which Google reviews show on your online booking page, select manage reviews.

Step 10 :

You can then head to the Google review tab in the manage reviews section.

Step 11 :

If you wish to publish all of your reviews, you can select the publish all option.

Step 12 :

Alternatively, if you wish to only publish specific reviews you can publish via the button next to each review.

Step 13 :

You do also have the ability to unpublish the reviews if you no longer wish for them to show on your booking page.

Only reviews which are published will show on the online booking page.

Step 14 :

When happy, this will pull through the reviews selected and the star rating.

Step 15 :

Your patients can also click on the review option to read the specific reviews.


Set Up Your ANS Reviews

Within the software you can set up for reviews to be requested and collected through ANS directly. You can also then show these reviews on your online booking page for patients to view when booking an appointment.

Step 16 :

To set this feature up, you will need to still be in the review settings area. You will see an ANS review option.

Step 17 :

To start taking ANS reviews via your follow up message, you will first need to select enable on the review option.

Step 18 :

Once enabled, you will just need to add the review link to your follow up message within the software. First you will need to head back into settings.

Step 19 :

Then in settings, head to SMS/email templates under the heading notifications.

Step 20 :

You will then need to select the email option at the top of the template page and enter the follow up via the edit option.

Step 21 :

In the edit section, you will then have the option to free type your message for the follow up. To then add your ANS review to this, click the ANS review tag.

Step 22 :

To then send your review request to your patients, you will need to make sure you click arrived on the appointment in the diary.

Step 23 :

Depending on your follow up settings, this will then send the follow up containing the review request to your patients.

Step 24 :

Once reviews have been left, you can then manage your ANS reviews to show on your booking page in the review settings.

Step 25 :

You have control over which ANS reviews are shown on the booking page but showing only the published reviews.
