This article will talk you through how to turn off your follow up messages from being sent to your patients.
A follow up is a message which can be sent to your patients after their appointment to ask them how their experience was and if they would like to leave a review online.

Step 1 :
From the main menu, head to settings.
Step 2 :
Then head into the notification settings under the heading notifications.
Step 3 :
After head into the follow up tab.
Step 4 :
In this section, you will just need to make sure you have both email and SMS unticked.
Step 5 :
Then, when happy and all the boxes have been unticked hit save details.
Once completed, this will successfully stop any rebook reminders from being sent to your patients through ANS.
