Use Aethair PRO for Perimeter Monitoring and Reporting

Aethair PRO is built for versatility and ready to perform in virtually any environment. Eliminate the need for multiple instruments with a single adaptable solution, featuring customizable sensor options tailored to your monitoring needs. Follow the steps below to find out how to connect your monitoring setup and begin generating perimeter monitoring reports.

Mounting Options

Aethair PRO can be mounted to a variety of surfaces, using one of the various mounting adapters, including pole mounting, magnetic mounting, tripod mounting, and even a locking bracket.

Power On your Aethair PRO Devices

Connect the power and turn on the device using the button on the back of the Aethair PRO. For long-term deployments, using the solar power accessory may be beneficial.

Create a Perimeter Monitoring Report

Perimeter Monitoring Reports can be generated in seconds to evaluate environmental conditions across a defined area.

  • Select Reports from the sidebar navigation to access Environet Reports

  • To create a new report, click the + New Report button.

Report Configuration Options

On the Report Configuration page, the following general options are available for all report types:

  • Report Name

  • Report Owner – This autofills to your current organization

  • Report Description

  • Time Period: Date Range – Choose the time window the report will cover

  • Time Period: Working Hours – Define the hours for each day to focus the report (e.g., 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

After selecting Perimeter Monitoring in the settings module, you can select from the following options:

  • Wind Detection: Auto – Use this when you are utilizing a weather station. This allows you to configure a weather station to set Wind Speed and Wind Direction.

  • Wind Detection: Manual – Allows manual selection of wind direction (upwind/downwind) for each device

  • Devices – Choose all relevant perimeter monitoring devices

  • Weather Station - This is only visible when Auto Wind Detection is selected

  • Parameters – Select which parameters to include in the report

After configuring all settings, click Create Report on the right side of the screen, just below the Time Period section, to generate your report.
