Generate Reports in seconds with your data

Reports are Environet’s powerful tool that transforms how organizations generate, analyze, and share environmental data. Designed to streamline regulatory compliance, internal reviews, and stakeholder reporting, the Reports feature enables users to produce accurate, shareable air quality summaries in seconds, with no technical expertise required. You can even schedule automated reports to be delivered directly to your inbox for faster, hands-free reporting.

How to Access Reports

  1. In Environet, select Reports from the sidebar navigation.

  2. To view an existing report, select it from the list.

  3. To create a new report, click + New Report in the top right corner above the reports list.

Download A Report

  1. Open the desired report.

  2. Click the Actions button in the top right corner above the report.

  3. Select Download to export the report as a PDF.

Air Quality Reports & Cabin Air Reports

Air Quality Reports are divided into several key sections to help you quickly assess environmental performance and identify areas that require attention.

Summary

The Summary section provides an aggregate overview of the air quality status for the selected reporting period. It includes:

  • A Good / Moderate / Poor rating based on overall performance

  • A comparison table showing the average value for each parameter against its corresponding standard.

Summary Per Parameter

This section offers a parameter-by-parameter breakdown, including:

  • Pie charts for each parameter, visualizing how often readings fell into Good, Moderate, or Poor ranges

  • The minimum, maximum, and average values recorded

  • A reference table showing the defined ranges for Good, Moderate, and Poor according to the selected air quality standard

Summary Per Device

The Summary per Device section displays a bar graph that illustrates how much time each device reported values in the Good, Moderate, or Poor ranges. It also highlights:

  • Parameters that reached Moderate or Poor ranges

  • The duration of time each parameter exceeded those thresholds

Analysis Per Device

Available in Extended Reports only

When Extended View is selected during report configuration, this section provides a deeper analysis for each device. It includes:

  • Line graphs showing each monitored parameter over the reporting period.

  • Tables listing individual parameter values across the selected timeframe

Perimeter Monitoring Reports

Perimeter Monitoring Reports can be generated in seconds to evaluate environmental conditions across a defined area. These reports are commonly used to monitor air quality at the boundaries of industrial, construction, or remediation sites to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protect surrounding communities.

Perimeter Monitoring Reports are composed of the following sections.

Map

Displays the selected devices on a map, automatically positioned using GPS.

Devices

Provides details for each device included in the report, including:

  • Device name

  • Serial number

  • Monitored parameters

  • Location

Impact Assessment

Mass Concentration Total Graph
Visualizes the Mass Concentration Total across the reporting period, showing:

  • Minimum, Maximum, and Average values

  • Alert Level Threshold and a list of Alert Level Events, indicating when the Mass Concentration Total exceeded those thresholds.

Wind Direction Graph and Table

Presents detailed wind information, including:

  • Wind direction, speed, range, and frequency

  • A Wind Rose diagram for visual reference

Data Table

A complete dataset of reported Mass Concentration Totals along with corresponding wind measurements. This section is especially useful for regulatory submissions, environmental audits, long-term data retention and compliance reporting.

Create and Configure Reports

To create a new report, click + New Report from the Reports list page.

To configure an existing report, open the report and click Edit in the top-left corner of the report page.

Report Configuration Options

On the Report Configuration page, the following general options are available for all report types:

  • Report Name

  • Report Owner – This autofills to your current organization

  • Report Description

  • Time Range & Schedule:

    • Run Type – Choose whether the report will be a standard report or an automated report. Automated reports are delivered as a PDF file via email on a daily or weekly basis. See more about report scheduling below

    • Date Range – Choose the time window the report will cover

      • Today (dynamic/relative - updates daily)

      • Yesterday (dynamic/relative - updates daily)

      • Custom Range (static - set a specific date or date range)

    • Working Hours – Define the hours for each day to focus the report (e.g., 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Important: The Today and Yesterday date range options are dynamic. When selected, the report will automatically update each day to show data for the current day or previous day. If you need the report to display a specific date, use Custom Range instead.

Settings Module: Report Types and Options

Within the settings module, you can select the Report Type, which will reveal additional configuration options based on the selected type.

Air Quality and Cabin Air Quality Report Settings

  • Devices – Select the devices to be included in the report

  • Standard – Choose the air quality standard to define parameter thresholds

    • The Default standard uses Aethair thresholds, also applied in Blue Verification, the Aethair App, and elsewhere.

    • To view specific threshold values, select a standard and click the ? icon

  • View

    • Basic View: Standard report layout

    • Extended View: Includes additional data analysis (Note: Extended View reports are longer and will result in a larger PDF when downloaded)

Perimeter Monitoring Report Settings

  • Wind Detection

    • Auto: Use this when you are utilizing a weather station. This allows you to configure a weather station to set Wind Speed and Wind Direction.

    • Manual: Allows manual selection of wind direction (upwind/downwind) for each device

  • Devices – Choose all relevant perimeter monitoring devices

  • Weather Station - This is only visible when Auto Wind Detection is selected

  • Parameters – Select which environmental parameters to include in the report

After configuring all settings, click Create Report on the right side of the screen, just below the Time Period section, to generate your report.

Automated Report Scheduling

Users can schedule PDF reports to be generated and automatically emailed to them on a set schedule. This feature is available when creating or configuring a report. It can be found under the Time Range & Schedule settings.

Simply select Scheduled from the Run Type field in the report configuration settings, then select the frequency, Daily or Weekly. The PDF report will be emailed to subscribers on that schedule.
