How to Ensure Your Invoices Get Paid Promptly

Ensuring timely payment of your invoices involves a few key steps. Here’s a guide to help KINNECT affiliates navigate the process:

  1. Invoice Submission and Approval

    • Accuracy Check: Before submitting an invoice, double-check that all the details match the corresponding purchase order.

    • Approval Process: Once submitted, your invoice will be reviewed for approval. If everything is in order, it will be processed according to our payment terms.

    • Handling Rejections: If there are any discrepancies or errors, the invoice will be returned to the email address from which it was received. Amend the invoice as necessary and resubmit it for approval.

  2. Understanding Payment Terms

    • Standard Terms: Our standard payment terms are 30 days EOM (End of Month). This means that invoices become due 30 days after the end of the month in which the invoice was billed.

    • Approval Date: The 30-day period begins only after the invoice is approved and entered into our payment system. If corrections are needed, the payment terms will start once the revised invoice is received and processed.

  3. Payment Schedule

    • Due Date: Once an invoice becomes due, it will be paid in the next scheduled payment run.

    • Payment Runs: Payments are processed fortnightly, every second Thursday.

  4. Confirmation and Statements

    • Check Status: To confirm the approval of your invoices and the expected payment dates, email a statement of accounts to Affiliates@kinnect.com.au. While we prefer Microsoft Excel format, it is not mandatory.

    • Remittance Advice: After the payment is processed, an itemised remittance will be sent to your nominated email address.
