Joining the KINNECT Affiliate Network and what to expect.

Welcome to KINNECT! We are delighted to have you join our network of affiliates. Our Affiliate Relationship team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth onboarding journey for you, from filling out necessary forms to providing comprehensive training on our cloud-based platform, Carelever. Throughout this process, we are here to support you every step of the way.

Step-by-Step Onboarding Process

1. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

One of the initial steps in your onboarding process involves completing a Service Level Agreement (SLA). This document is crucial as it sets out the prices for each service you can provide as an affiliate. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Pricing: You will list your service prices. Our team will review these and either accept them or negotiate to ensure they align with the benchmark rates of other service providers in your area.

  • Terms and Conditions: By filling in this form, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Once pricing is finalised and the schedule is uploaded to our system, this forms the basis of our agreement. A copy will be sent to you for your records.

2. Bank Account Confirmation

To ensure that your payments are processed correctly from the beginning, we will require confirmation of your bank account. This can be provided in the form of:

  • A bank deposit slip

  • A voided cheque

  • A bank statement

Payments will be processed once this information is submitted and verified.

3. Carelever Affiliate Portal Setup

Our team will set up your clinic on the Carelever Affiliate Portal. Carelever is designed to replace paperwork, streamline the appointment referral process, and enable you to record and submit results digitally. Key features include:

  • Paperwork Reduction: Eliminate the hassle of managing physical documents.

  • Streamlined Appointments: Simplify the referral process with a user-friendly interface.

  • Digital Records: Record and submit results directly through the portal.

To help you get started, you will receive detailed guides on using Carelever, as well as comprehensive information on Medical Assessments, Functional Assessments, and Drug and Alcohol Screening. These resources are designed to ensure your clinic is well-prepared to deliver services to KINNECT’s clients.
