You can edit the lease terms directly in the eLease system at any point before the lease start date, whether the lease has been accepted or not. Go to the "Lease Management" tab on the dashboard, then on the "Leasing Overview" page scroll to the lease terms section and click "Edit Lease Terms", scroll down to section four (Tenant Information), and click "Edit" then click "+ Add another signer".
