Here's the fastest path from installed to live, in the order that works best. Your app dashboard tracks these same steps for you under Get started - tick them off there as you go.
The checklist:
1. Open the app: Go to Apps → AI Frame – Virtual Try-On & Size Chart in your Shopify admin.
2. Choose your theme (≈1 min) In the app dashboard, under Get started → Choose a theme, select the theme you want AI Frame on, then click Confirm.
3. Turn on the widget (≈2 min) Enable AI Frame either with the one-click App Embed (all themes) or the App Block for precise placement (OS 2.0). See How to Add the Try-On Button to a Shopify Product Page.
4. Add your first size chart (≈3 min) Click Size Chart → Add new chart, then build it from a ready-made template (tops, bottoms, dresses, jewellery, shoes and more - with body- or product-measurement versions), upload your existing chart as a CSV or Excel file, or start from scratch. Assign it to your products - one chart can cover several. See How to Set Up a Size Chart for Your Products.
Plan note: The Free plan includes 1 size chart. Need more? Starter includes 10, Growth 20, Advanced unlimited. CSV/Excel upload is available from Starter and up.
5. Activate your plan to go live (≈1 min) The widget switches on the moment you activate a plan. Start free with 10 try-ons a month, or pick a paid plan with a 7-day free trial. Your widget switches on the moment you confirm.
6. Check it on your storefront (≈2 min) Open a product page on your live store. Click Try On & Size Chart, upload a photo, and confirm the result looks great. Switch to the Size Chart tab to see your chart alongside it.
7. Make it yours (≈2 min) Open the Virtual Try-On page and add your brand touch: category filter, hero image, brand colour, and your Try-on button text and icon - with a live preview beside you as you go.
Plan note: On the Free plan you can set your category filter, hero image, and Try-on button text. Logo, brand colour, size chart table colours, button icons and the share reward unlock on Starter and above.
You're live! 🎉 Shoppers can now see how your products look on them and check their size - in one place, on the same page.
