AI Frame is designed to work beautifully out of the box, but a few settings let you tailor it to your brand and store. Here's a quick tour of where everything lives, so you can find what you need.

Where to find your settings

In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → AI Frame – Virtual Try-On. Everything lives in the app's left menu:

AI Frame app menu in the Shopify admin, showing Plan, Analytics, Size Chart, Translations, Account, Styles & Settings and Integrations.

1. Plan

See your current plan, your try-on usage this month and upgrade or change plans whenever you like.

2. Analytics

Track how your try-on is performing - try-ons used, add-to-cart conversion, favourites, and your top products and categories. (Starter and above; advanced analytics on Growth and Advanced.)

3. Size Chart

Create, upload and edit the size charts shoppers see beside their try-on result. Charts are reusable - build one and assign it to as many products as you like. See How to Set Up a Size Chart for Your Products.

4. Translations

Customise the widget's wording for every language your shoppers use. (Growth and Advanced.) See How to Translate the Try-On Widget.

5. Account

Your store and billing details.

6. Styles & Settings

This is where you make the try-on widget feel like part of your store:

  • Category filter: choose which product categories show the Try-on button.

  • Your logo: add your logo so it appears in the try-on widget.

  • Hero image or video: set what shoppers see when they open the widget globally, or per product category.

  • Brand colour: set the main colour used in the widget so it matches your branding.

  • Size chart table colours: choose the header and row colours for your size chart tables (applies across all products).

  • Size chart button icon: pick the icon on the Size Chart button inside the widget.

  • Try-on button text: change what the button on your product pages says. See How to Change the Try-On Button Text.

  • Sharing reward: add a discount code to reward shoppers for sharing their look. See How to Set Up the Share-for-Discount Reward.

7. Integrations

Connect AI Frame to tools like Klaviyo to use try-on events in your marketing. (Growth and Advanced.) See How to Connect AI Frame to Klaviyo.

Plan note: on the Free plan you can set your category filter, hero image and Try-on button text. The other styling options (logo, colours, icon, sharing reward) unlock on Starter and above; Translations and Integrations on Growth and above.

Getting set up

If you're just getting started, the quickest path is: set your branding in Styles & Settings, add a size chart or two and you're ready to go.
