AI Frame is designed to work beautifully out of the box, but a few settings let you tailor it to your brand and store. Everything now lives on two clearly named pages - Virtual Try-On for everything about the try-on experience, and Size Chart for everything about sizing. Here's a quick tour.

Where to find your settings

In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → AI Frame – Virtual Try-On. In the app's left menu you'll find Virtual Try-On, Size Chart, and Analytics, alongside your plan and account options.

The Virtual Try-On page

Everything about your shoppers' try-on experience - explained and configured in one place. At the top you'll see how the try-on works for shoppers, step by step, with a Configure link under each step that jumps straight to the matching setting. Below that:

  • Embed status: see at a glance whether the widget is active on your storefront, with a link to the setup guide.

  • Widget customization: your logo, hero image or video, and brand colour - with a live preview beside it.

  • Try-on button text and Main button icon: what the button on your product pages says, and the icon shown in front of it.

  • Hero image by category: override the hero image or video for specific product categories.

  • Mirror Mode: automatically show try-on renders as the main product image for shoppers with a saved photo. See How Mirror Mode Works.

  • Category filter: choose which product categories show the try-on button.

  • Share reward: show a discount code to shoppers after they share their try-on image. See How to Set Up the Share-for-Discount Reward.

  • Extra try-ons: choose whether try-ons continue automatically when your monthly limit is reached. See What Happens When I Reach My Monthly Try-On Limit?

The Size Chart page

Create size charts, assign them to products, and style how they appear:

  • Size Charts: your reusable charts, each assigned to one or more products. Create new ones with Add new chart - from scratch, from a CSV or Excel file, or from a template. See How to Set Up a Size Chart for Your Products.

  • Size chart table colors: the header and row colours used in your size chart tables.

  • Size chart button icon: the icon on the Size Chart button inside the try-on widget.

  • Size recommendations: show shoppers with a saved Fit Profile their recommended size on body-measurement size charts.

Analytics

Track how your try-on is performing - try-ons used, add-to-cart conversion, favourites, and your top products and categories.

Getting set up

If you're just getting started, the quickest path is: add your branding on the Virtual Try-On page, set up a size chart or two on the Size Chart page, and you're ready to go.
