Size Chart Not Appearing on a Product? Here's Why

If a product's size chart isn't showing in the try-on result, here's how to get it back.

If a size chart isn't appearing for one of your products, it's almost always one of four small things and each takes under a minute to check.

1. Is a chart assigned to this product?

Size charts are reusable: one chart can cover many products, but only the products it's assigned to.

  • In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → AI Frame – Virtual Try-On, then click Size Chart.

  • Open the chart you'd expect to see on this product and scroll to Assign to products.

  • Check the product is covered: either All products is selected, the product is in your Specific products list, or it belongs to a selected category.

  • Add it if it's missing, then click Save.

💡 If no chart should logically cover this product yet, that's the answer - create or assign one. See How to Set Up a Size Chart for Your Products.

2. Is the chart Published?

Every chart has a Published toggle at the top of its editor. If it's switched off, the chart is saved but hidden from shoppers.

  • Open the chart and check the toggle is on, then save.

3. Did you remember to save?

After creating or editing a chart, make sure you clicked Create chart (for a new chart) or Save (for edits). If you navigated away before saving, your changes won't have been stored.

4. Give it a refresh

After saving, refresh the product page and if you use a cache app, clear it so the latest version loads in the widget.

Still not showing?

If the chart is assigned, published and saved and it's still not appearing, we're happy to help, send us a message with the product you're testing, and we'll take a look with you.
