If Size Chart isn't showing on a product, it's almost always one of these: no chart assigned, the chart isn't published, the app embed is off, or a change wasn't saved. The same checks apply to Help us find your size / Your size — those need a published chart assigned too.
1. Is a chart assigned to this product?
Size charts are reusable — you create a chart and assign it to products. If a product has no chart assigned, nothing shows next to Size, nothing shows in try-on, and Estimate my size has nothing to match against.
In Shopify admin, go to Apps → AI Frame – Virtual Try-On, then click Size Chart.
Look at Existing size charts: the Assigned products column shows which products each chart covers.
If your product isn't covered, open the right chart and assign it — by products, categories, Tags, Vendor, or Collections — or create a new chart with Add new chart. If you assigned by tags, vendor, or collections, confirm the product actually has those tags, that vendor, or sits in those collections. At your plan cap that button is disabled (Free 1 / Starter 10 / Growth 20 / Advanced unlimited).
2. Is the chart published?
A chart marked Unpublished is not visible to shoppers, even when it's assigned. Open the chart and publish it.
3. Is the app embed on?
Size Chart next to the size picker is placed by the app embed (or the optional Size Chart link block). Sizing assist is placed the same way. If the embed is off, those will not appear even with a published chart. Turn the embed on, then Save. See Add AI Frame to your theme.
Exclude product types never hides Size Chart or Sizing assist — it only hides the Try On pill.
4. Did you remember to save?
After editing a chart or its product assignments, save. If you navigated away first, the change was not stored.
5. Give it a refresh
After saving, refresh the product page (and clear your cache app, if you use one).
Still not showing?
If a chart is assigned, published and saved, the embed is on, and it's still missing, send us a message with the product you're testing.
