If a size chart isn't appearing for one of your products, it's almost always because a chart hasn't been set up for that specific product yet. Size charts are added per product, so here's how to check and fix it in a minute.
1. Has a size chart been set up for this product?
This is the most common reason and the easiest to fix.
In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → AI Frame – Virtual Try-On, then click Size Chart.
Search for the product by name and select it.
If you see an empty editor rather than a saved chart, this product doesn't have one yet. Pick a template, fill it in, and click Save size chart.

2. Did you remember to save?
After adding or editing a chart, make sure you clicked Save size chart. If you navigated away before saving, the chart won't have been stored.
3. Are you checking the right product?
Size charts are tied to a specific product, so confirm you're viewing the same product on your storefront that you set the chart up for. A similar-looking product won't share another's chart.
4. Give it a refresh
After saving a chart, refresh the product page (and clear your cache app, if you use one) so the latest version loads in the try-on result.
Still not showing?
