Size Chart Not Appearing on a Product? Here's Why

If a product's size chart isn't showing in the try-on result, here's how to get it back.

If a size chart isn't appearing for one of your products, it's almost always one of three small things: no chart is assigned to that product, the chart isn't published, or a change wasn't saved. Here's how to check and fix it in a minute.

1. Is a chart assigned to this product?

Size charts in AI Frame are reusable - you create a chart and assign it to products. If a product has no chart assigned, nothing shows.

  • In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → AI Frame – Virtual Try-On, then click Size Chart.

  • Look at your Existing size charts list: the "Assigned products" column shows which products each chart covers.

  • If your product isn't covered by any chart, open the right chart and assign the product to it or create a new chart with Add new chart.

2. Is the chart published?

A chart marked Unpublished in your list isn't visible to shoppers, even when it's assigned to products. Open the chart and publish it.

3. Did you remember to save?

After editing a chart or its product assignments, make sure you saved. If you navigated away before saving, the change won't have been stored.

4. Give it a refresh

After saving, refresh the product page (and clear your cache app, if you use one) so the latest version loads in the try-on widget.

Still not showing?

If a chart is assigned, published and saved and it's still not appearing, we're happy to help, just send us a message with the product you're testing, and we'll take a look with you.
