Every AI Frame plan includes a set number of try-ons each month, and we make it easy to keep track as you go - with friendly heads-ups along the way and one clear setting that decides what happens at the limit. Nothing ever breaks by surprise, and your shoppers never see an error. Here's exactly what to expect.
Keeping an eye on your usage
You can see your try-on usage any time in the app, including how many you've used, how many remain, and your pace for the month.
As you use your allowance, we'll give you a gentle heads-up at a few points so there are no surprises:
At 50% used: a quick note that you're halfway through your monthly try-ons.
At 80% used: a reminder that you're approaching your limit, with the option to upgrade if you'd like more room.
The "Extra try-ons" setting
What happens at 100% is entirely up to you, with one setting: on the Virtual Try-On page, under Extra try-ons, you'll find the option "Automatically continue with extra try-ons when my monthly limit is reached."
Switched on: when you reach your monthly allowance, try-ons simply continue without interruption, charged at your plan's per-try-on rate (Starter $0.16, Growth $0.14, Advanced $0.12 each). Your shoppers won't notice a thing.
Switched off: at the limit, new try-on generations pause until your next monthly cycle. The button stays on your product pages and shoppers still see your size chart - only new try-on images pause. Never an error, just the size chart.
Or upgrade for more room
If you're regularly hitting your limit, upgrading usually gives you more try-ons at a lower per-try-on rate - often better value than extras. You can change plans any time from Plan in the app's left menu.
On the Free plan
The Free plan is a hard cap of 10 try-ons per month - extra try-ons aren't available, so no charges are ever possible. At the limit, try-ons pause and your size chart stays fully live until your next cycle. See How the Free Plan Works.
A note on Mirror Mode
Mirror Mode renders come out of your existing credit balance - not on top of it. If you'd like to limit how much of your monthly allowance Mirror Mode can use, set a Monthly credit cap in the Mirror Mode settings on the Virtual Try-On page. Leave it blank for no separate limit. Mirror Mode is only available in Growth and Advanced.
