Every AI Frame plan includes a set number of try-ons each month. We make it easy to keep track — with friendly heads-ups and one setting that decides what happens at the limit. Nothing breaks by surprise, and your shoppers never see an error.
Keeping an eye on your usage
You can see your try-on usage any time in the app: how many you've used, how many remain, and your pace for the month. The header turns orange from 80% — never red.
As you use your allowance, we'll give you a gentle heads-up:
At 50% used: a quick note that you're halfway through your monthly try-ons.
At 80% used: a reminder that you're approaching your limit, with the option to upgrade if you'd like more room.
The Extra try-ons setting
On the Virtual Try-On page, under Extra try-ons, you'll find “Automatically continue with extra try-ons when my monthly limit is reached.”
Switched on (monthly paid plans): when you reach your included allowance, try-ons continue, charged at your plan's rate — Starter $0.16, Growth $0.14, Advanced $0.12 each. Shoppers won't notice a thing.
Switched off: at the limit, new try-on generations pause until your next monthly cycle. The Try On pill stays on your product pages and shoppers still see Size Chart next to Size — and Estimate my size / Your size if Size Recommender is on (Starter+). Only new try-on images pause. Never an error.
Annual plans have no extra-try-on billing. At the monthly quota, generation pauses until the next cycle, same as Extra try-ons off. Size Chart stays live.
Or upgrade for more room
If you're regularly hitting your limit, upgrading usually gives you more included try-ons at a lower per-try-on rate — often better value than extras. Current included quotas: Free 10, Starter 80, Growth 350, Advanced 1,400. You can change plans any time from Plan.
On the Free plan
Free is a hard cap of 10 try-ons per month — extra try-ons aren't available, so no charges are ever possible. At the limit, try-ons pause and Size Chart stays fully live until your next cycle. Estimate my size is a Starter+ feature. See How the Free Plan Works.
