Every AI Frame plan includes a set number of try-ons each month, and we make it easy to keep track as you go, with friendly heads-ups along the way and clear choices when you reach your limit. Nothing ever breaks by surprise. Here's exactly what to expect.
Keeping an eye on your usage
You can see your try-on usage any time in the app under Usage, including how many you've used, how many remain, and your pace for the month.
As you use your allowance, we'll give you a gentle heads-up at a few points so there are no surprises:
At 50% used: a quick note that you're halfway through your monthly try-ons.
At 80% used: a reminder that you're approaching your limit, with the option to upgrade if you'd like more room.
When you reach 100%
When you've used your full monthly allowance, you're always in control. You'll see a message with three choices:
Keep going with extra try-ons: your try-ons carry on without interruption, charged at your plan's per-try-on rate (Starter $0.16, Growth $0.14, Advanced $0.12 each). Your shoppers won't notice a thing.
Upgrade your plan: move up to a plan with a larger monthly allowance, which often works out better value if you're regularly going over.
Pause new try-ons: if you'd rather not pay for extras, you can pause new generations. Your try-on button stays on your product pages, and shoppers can still open it to see your size chart, only new try-on images are paused. Everything resumes automatically when your next monthly cycle begins.
Whichever you choose, your subscription simply continues as normal.
Which option is right for you?
If you only go over occasionally, extra try-ons keep things simple.
If you're regularly hitting your limit, upgrading usually gives you more try-ons for less per try-on.
If you'd prefer to hold steady until next month, pausing keeps your size charts live with no extra cost.
