1. Navigate to scribe.bola.ai

2. To start, click the microphone button.

3. Dictate your note- once done, select the note type you would like to use: Exam, SOAP or Custom Template

4. If using a Custom Template, select the type of template you would like to use.

5. Click Generate Note

6. Once your note generates, you will see the note, patient summary, insurance narrative and referral note. To access these, click on the tab you want to get to.

7. For referral notes, click the dropdown to select the type of referral letter you would like to generate, then click generate.

8. To remove any blank spaces, click "Remove Unfilled Variables"

9. Select "Remove"

10. To access any previous sessions (within 48 hours), go to the home page and then click on " View Saved Sessions"

11. Select your note that you would like to access

12. Click "Resume Session"

13. When you access your saved note, you can also change the formatting and select a different style of note to generate such as Exam Note, SOAP or custom templates.

14. When using Exam or SOAP Note, you can add CDT codes. Bola will automatically make recommendations on CDT codes based off of the transcript. To add to the note just click "Add to Note".
