In Aimy, you can view several standard reports to gain insight into things like your finances or product sales. In this article, we’ll take a look at the insights you can gather from the "Financial" report.
Where can I view the Financial overview?
You can find a Revenue overview in Aimy via Reports > Financial. In this report, you can access all kinds of financial information related to, among other things, revenue, appointments, products, etc. Below, we’ll give you a brief explanation of each tab and its topics.
Overview
Under the "Overview" tab, you can find a summary that includes daily figures such as total revenue (services and treatments), revenue per hour, and productivity.
Employee
Under the "Employee" tab, you can view financial information for different staff members. For example, you can see the revenue per employee (broken down per appointment or per hour) and how their revenue is distributed across treatments and products.
VAT Overview
Under the "VAT Overview" tab, you can see a quarterly or monthly breakdown of the different VAT groups.
Discount Analysis
Under the "Discount Analysis" tab, you can see how much discount was given per week. Using the filter, you can select which employee’s data you want to view. At the bottom, you’ll find which (predefined) discount rules were used, how often they were applied, and the total amount involved.
Balance
Under the "Balance" tab, you can view a monthly history of the balance of products (stock, purchase value, and sales value). This is measured on the last day of each month. You can also find the current stock here for comparison.
