Direct Actions in the Calendar: Manage Schedule, View Productivity and Targets

Updated yesterday

Benefits of direct actions

With Direct actions you increase the productivity of your employees/colleagues, you get quick and easy insight into targets directly from the calendar, and availability becomes easier and faster to manage.

Activate Direct Actions

You can find the settings for direct actions via Settings > Calendar.

Here you will see, as shown in the image below, which direct actions you can enable. Once activated, they will be visible for each employee in the calendar.

Targets

If your salon works with targets, you can also configure here how you want target progress to be displayed in the calendar.
Under target type, choose day, week, or month. Then select whether the target is based on total revenue, the number of services, or the number of products sold by your employees.

Calendar

Once you have completed the steps above, you can click on an employee in the calendar. Here you will immediately see their target and productivity.
You can also directly add extra hours, leave, or sick leave (see the image below).

Add Extra Hours

When clicking “add extra hours”, you can enter the date, hours, and administration details.
If you want to add more extra hours or remove entries, you can do so in the bottom-right corner.
Then click Save.

Add Leave

When clicking “add leave”, you can enter the start and end date.
If it concerns a single day, the start and end date will be the same.
Under administration, you can indicate the type of leave, and in description you may add notes.

If you want to add multiple leave entries at once, click “+ Add more leave” in the bottom-right corner.
To remove entries, click “- Remove leave entry”.

Add Sick Leave

If an employee/colleague is sick, you can easily register this via direct actions in the calendar.
Click the correct employee and then “add sick leave”. Here you can enter the start and end date and add a short description.
Then click Save.
