Allocated storage means specific bars or coins are set aside and held for you.
You retain ownership of the exact bullion you purchased or loaded.
Holdings are segregated, not pooled.
Fees
Annual storage (GST incl.):
Gold: $15.50 per ounce
Silver: $18.70 per kilogram
Loading fee (one-time, if loading your own bullion into storage), tiered by total load value:
$10–15k: $15 per oz gold or per kg silver
$50–100k: $10 per oz gold or per kg silver
$100k: $5 per oz gold or per kg silver
If loading at our Gold Coast showroom, a flat delivery fee of $350 + GST applies for shipments under $1 million in value and under 200kg also applies. For amounts exceeding these thresholds, delivery pricing will be quoted separately.
No redemption fee
There is no fee when you redeem out of allocated storage (see Redeeming below) unless redeeming at the Gold Coast showroom.

Allocated is therefore best suited to customers who want specific bar/coin ownership.
What can be stored
Most investment bullion bars and coins are eligible.
Silver coins must be stored in full tubes – we do not store loose individual silver coins in allocated storage.
If you’re unsure whether a product can be stored, ask us before purchase or loading.
Billing & pro-rata
For new orders, storage is charged from the purchase date to 30 June (end of financial year).
Thereafter, storage is charged at each financial year-end for the next financial year.
Charges are pro-rated:
Any unused portion (for example, if you redeem or sell mid-year) is refunded at the end of storage.
Redeeming
Notice period: allow 2 business days for us to process redemptions and prepare your bars/coins.
No redemption fee applies for allocated storage unless redeeming at the Gold Coast showroom.

Access & viewing
For logistical and security reasons:
We cannot routinely show your specific holdings unless you are redeeming.
If your stored bar type is also a product we sell, we can show you an identical bar as a reference.
Security & records
Allocated storage holdings are:
Segregated,
Secured and insured, and
Periodically audited.
You can request a Statement of Holdings for audit or reporting on our storage portal.
