How do I place an order in-store?

What you’ll need

When visiting in-store, bring:

  • Photo ID for entry.

  • An accepted payment method ready (see Payment methods).

Steps

  1. Check our opening hours and parking options for your chosen branch (Brisbane, Gold Coast, or Melbourne).

  2. Visit the showroom (no appointment needed).

  3. Hand your photo ID to reception for ID verification and entry.

  4. Wait in the waiting room until it is your turn to be served.

  5. Confirm products and quantities with our team member.

  6. We issue your invoice on-site.

  7. Pay using an accepted method.

  8. Collect your order once funds have cleared and ID checks are complete.

Important notes

  • In-stock items can often be collected in the same visit once payment clears and ID verification is complete.

  • Unavailable items may need to be collected or delivered on another day.

  • Peak periods (e.g. high traffic, bull market) can extend wait times.

  • Non-instant bank transfers can delay collection until funds are received, not just submitted.

  • A Sub-5 window is available for purchases under $5,000 where ID verification is not required.
    (Standard ID rules apply once you transact $5,000 or more in a day.)
