What you’ll need
When visiting in-store, bring:
Photo ID for entry.
An accepted payment method ready (see Payment methods).
Important notes
In-stock items can often be collected in the same visit once payment clears and ID verification is complete.
Unavailable items may need to be collected or delivered on another day.
Peak periods (e.g. high traffic, bull market) can extend wait times.
Non-instant bank transfers can delay collection until funds are received, not just submitted.
A Sub-5 window is available for purchases under $5,000 where ID verification is not required.
(Standard ID rules apply once you transact $5,000 or more in a day.)
