What you’ll need

Before placing an online order, make sure you have:

  • Your email address and phone number.

  • Completed online ID verification if your order is $5,000 or more.

  • Funds available in your bank account.

  • A transfer limit high enough to pay the full invoice amount (you may need to raise this with your bank before ordering).

Steps

  1. Visit our online store

  2. Create or sign in to your Ainslie account.

  3. Add products and quantities to your cart.

  4. Submit your order to lock in the price.

  5. We process your order and email your invoice during business hours.

  6. Make payment according to our payment terms.

Important notes

  • Invoices are issued during business hours.

  • Weekend orders are invoiced on the next business day.

  • The online store is always open, allowing you to lock prices at any time.

  • Once an order is submitted, cancellations are not accepted.

  • If you entered the wrong detail, contact us immediately with your order number.

  • During peak periods, processing may take longer than usual. Your price remains locked from the moment you submit the order.

  • Prices are locked only when an order is successfully submitted. You will receive an email titled “Your Ainslie order” immediately after submission, confirming your order details.

  • If an order remains in draft or in your cart, prices are not locked. We’re unable to honour prices at a later time, as our team hedges orders against the live market at the point of submission.
