Opening Performance
Open a listing and go to the Performance tab.
My Snapshot
Two panels give you a quick read for a selected time range: a past panel and a future (outlook) panel, each showing Revenue, Occupancy, and average nightly rate (ADR), with the change versus your comparison basis.
My Property Performance
Charts let you dig into Revenue, ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and Length of Stay over time. You can adjust the time range and granularity (monthly or daily) and overlay year comparisons:
Current Year: your bookings as of today (finalized for past dates, on-the-books for future dates).
Same Time Last Year: where you stood on the same date a year ago, for a true apples-to-apples comparison.
Last Year Final: how last year ultimately finished, to gauge how many more bookings may still come in.
